Do Sunday Bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, all bicycles are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to ensure your warranty remains valid.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for bicycles and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been fully assembled or ridden are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and forks?
Yes, Sunday Bikes are built to last. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on select aftermarket frames and a 1-year limited warranty on complete bike components and forks.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Sizing depends on the rider's height and riding style. Generally, our 20-inch BMX bikes fit most riders, but we offer various top tube lengths to accommodate different heights. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
